Delete your account
Open the Lovin app, go to the Me tab, and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, photos, floor and room, and location. If you cannot open the app, email us from your sign-up address and we will delete it for you.
Report a player or a safety concern
In the app, press and hold a chat message to report or block a player, or use the report option on the Me tab. For anything urgent or unsafe, stop playing and email us right away. If you are in danger, call 911.
Joining and prizes
Joining a game is free. The prize is paid by Lovin Games LLC. See the Official Rules. For anything about a prize, email us with the email you signed up with.
Power-ups and heart styles
Power-ups and heart styles are bought through Apple. If you get a new phone, tap Restore purchases on the Power-ups screen. See Purchases and Refunds. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Stickers
Heart stickers are delivered to your door before a game starts. If yours did not arrive, check your floor and room in the app (Me tab) and email us.
Common questions
How does a tag count?
You put a heart sticker on your target's backpack, film it, and tap "I got them." Your target confirms it, or it counts automatically after one hour. If they dispute it, an organizer decides.
I did not get my target.
Targets are handed out when the game starts. Make sure you joined the game and finished your three photos.
Who can see my location?
Only the one player hunting you, about every 10 minutes while a game is running. It is off from 12 AM to 7 AM.
