Purchases and Refunds

This page covers what you buy in Lovin: power-ups, the Lovin+ Pass, and heart styles. It is short on purpose.

Joining a game

• Joining a game is always free, so there is nothing to refund.
• If we cancel a game, nothing was charged to join. If you bought a power-up for that game and it went unused, email us and we will look at it with you.

Power-ups, the pass, and heart styles

• These are bought through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We cannot refund Apple purchases ourselves.
• Heart styles are kept on your account. If you get a new phone, tap Restore purchases on the Power-ups screen.

Prizes

Prizes are not a refund of anything and are paid after a game ends. See the Official Rules for details.
